SPEEDY CLEANER - HIGH SPEED EXCESS FLOCK REMOVER
THE DCA MOBILE FLOCK / GLITTER SPEEDY CLEANING UNIT
The Speedy Cleaner is designed to extract surplus flock / glitter from the surface of completed or part completed garments and fabrics.
In just a few seconds, the garment / fabric is vacuumed, shaken and brushed in only one process.
During this process the flock / glitter is captured within a bag enabling it to be re-used, thus reducing wastage.
With the flock / glitter being encapsulated within the bag you will have a cleaner environment with less particle spillage making for healthier working conditions.
Being mobile – on castors, with brakes – the Speedy Cleaner can be positioned alongside the exit of the drying / curing oven for immediate cleaning of the garment / fabric.
The mouth aperture of the Speedy Cleaner is approximately 760mm wide with an adjustable entry height.
The Speedy Cleaner is supplied with a 3-phase, 2.2Kw motor with very low noise output.
Single phase can be supplied if requested.
